Refund Policy

All products and services offered in this store are part of the cultural and artistic outreach projects of the Asociación Cultural Arte Internacional (ACAI), a non-profit organization. Purchases are considered symbolic contributions intended to cover material and logistical costs related to artistic creation.

 

For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in exceptional cases of logistical errors by the association (for example, if you receive a product different from what was ordered or damaged during shipping).
