GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LICENSE TERMS

1. Nature of Products and Services

Physical and digital products, workshops, and artistic services offered by the association are primarily intended to finance and support cultural and artistic activities. Revenue is reinvested in the production, dissemination, and promotion of cultural projects driven by the association.

2. Personal, Non-Commercial Use

When purchasing any product (including prints, graphic works, symbolic merchandise, digital content, or workshop participation), the buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license intended solely for personal, educational, or symbolic purposes.

Any commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorization from the association.

3. Intellectual Property

Authorship and all intellectual property rights belong to their respective creators and/or the association.

Purchasing a product does not transfer reproduction, distribution, transformation, or public communication rights.

4. Prohibition of Copying and Redistribution

It is strictly prohibited to:

Reproduce works in whole or in part
Sell or sublicense physical or digital copies
Use the works for commercial or promotional purposes
Use the content as part of a personal or corporate brand without authorization

Purchasing grants only a right of possession and private viewing, without transfer of exploitation rights.

5. Symbolic Merchandise

Printed products (t-shirts, objects, prints, or other media) are intended exclusively for personal use. Proceeds are always used to support the association’s activities, promote art and culture, and facilitate artists in continuing their creative production. Products may not be resold or used commercially.

6. Website Use

Users agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully, refraining from:

Performing illegal activities
Attempting to damage or compromise the website’s security
Using content without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

The association is not responsible for:

Damages resulting from improper use of purchased products
Temporary technical failures of the website
Interruptions beyond its control

8. Acceptance of Terms

Making a purchase or contracting a service implies full acceptance of these conditions.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent authorities of the Canton of Vaud.
